Assisted Deployment
Sparx Systems assisted deployment services work with both on-premise and private cloud deployments. Our experts can work with a deployment team to build the solution from the design to configuration to deployment. With assisted deployment, you’ll benefit from a wealth of Sparx Systems best practices such as monitoring and hardening and firewalls, and load balancing. You’ll also receive an operations handbook that guides you in administering the system, keeping it secure, and maintaining it over time.
Integration Services
Whether your solution is on-premise or hosted, Sparx Systems integration services can work with you to understand what integrations you need and what you can use out of the box or through configuration. Looking for more tailored functionality? We can also develop custom integrations for you.
Platform Hosting
We offer Sparx as a fully hosted architecture platform either in Azure or AWS. Never have to worry about maintenance and upgrades again! We take care of all the administration, including monitoring the system’s performance, availability, security, and vulnerability. We also handle all patches and upgrades so that you can focus on the work of architecture.
Premium Technical Support
Our premium technical support builds on the standard software support you get with your Sparx Systems licenses. Our premium technical support offers North American business hour support for application issues and Sparx Office Hours, a monthly Ask-a-Sparx-Expert session designed for end-users and systems administrators. Our premium technical support subscription gives you access to the Sparx Systems resources you need to augment your architecture platform and administration team.
Training
Take advantage of Sparx virtual training courses. We offer a wide variety of one-day training, including 101 courses, Introduction to Curating Architecture Content, and Proaborate. We also provide more extensive week-long courses on business, architecture, enterprise architecture, model-based systems, engineering requirements, and more. Do you have particular training in mind? Mentoring
Sometimes you don’t need a formalized training course; you just need a mentor to talk through problems and offer advice. Our mentoring services offer one-on-one or small groups sessions intended to help teams of architects be more effective, focusing on their projects and the problems they’re trying to solve.
